About Attorney Thomas E. Dutton

Tom Dutton is one of the founding partners of the firm. His primary practice areas of litigation involve medical malpractice, defective medical devices and equipment, nursing home malpractice and pharmaceutical mass torts. He represents injured clients not only in Alabama but also throughout the entire U.S.

Tom has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for twenty consecutive years. He has also been selected to Alabama Super Lawyers every year since 2008. About Attorney Chris T. Hellums

Chris obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama as well as Colorado. His primary practice area is in the areas of litigation involving insurance fraud and bad faith, class actions, defective medical devices, commercial disputes, consumer drugs (pharmaceutical litigation), and general personal injury claims.

Chris handles cases both throughout Alabama as well as on a national level. He has memberships in the Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. Chris has also devoted much of his time serving on various committees with the Alabama Association for Justice throughout his legal career.

About Attorney Michael Bradley

Mike practices in areas involving product liability, car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, medical device, pharmaceutical litigation, premises liability, consumer lending, fraud, and bad faith. He handles cases throughout Alabama and the U.S. and tries cases in both state and federal courts.

He and two of his partners obtained one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in Jefferson County, Alabama and one of the largest product liability verdicts in DeKalb County, Alabama.

Mike is a former adjunct professor of civil procedure rules. He served multiple terms on the Birmingham Bar Association’s grievance and fee dispute arbitration committees, and is considered the “go-to” person at the firm for ethical questions.

About Attorney Jonathan S. Mann

Jon practices primarily in the areas of litigation involving product liability, auto and trucking accidents, insurance fraud and bad faith, commercial disputes, mass torts, and general personal injury. He received his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was named to the Dean’s List and awarded the top grade in Scientific Evidence, Constitutional Law, and Mediator Advocacy.

Jon handles cases throughout the entire country in addition to cases in Alabama. He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers every year since 2015, and Business Alabama included Jon on its list of Top Attorneys Rising Stars.
